Sberbank Investment Department, Real Estate Team (Sberbank Merchant Banking) is looking for a highly motivated Analyst in their team.

Обязанности

* support for deals analysis and execution, participation in due diligence process

* drafting of analytical presentations, pitches, preparation of info memos and other materials

* gathering data for company and industry analysis

* preparation of financial models and business valuation, fundamental analysis of potential investments

* communication with advisers, lawyers, accountants, clients and other counterparties

* preparation of materials for investment committee, various administrative duties.

Требования

* recent graduate with high GPA from top-tier university with preferences given to faculties with in-depth study of finance and economics (MSU, HSE, NES)

* work experience in banks & boutiques & funds / M&A and Valuation departments at ex-BIG4 is an advantage

* project experience in Real Estate is a plus

* critical thinking, high motivation, understanding of finance, economics and accounting concepts, strong team player

* advanced user of Microsoft Office

* advanced oral and written English (including financial and business English)

* passed CFA levels is a plus.
